The epic flooding in Darren Aronofsky’s “Noah” is set for next year, but the trailer is scheduled to wet your appetite (see what I did there?) later this week with a full trailer. Until then, take a gander at about, oh, 20 seconds or so of “Noah” courtesy of Entertaining Tonight, which I believe is some sort of entertainment destination popular with the kids.

The film, of course, will tell the biblical story of Noah, your average chap played by Russell Crowe who happens to suffer visions of an apocalyptic flood and takes measures to protect his family by building a big giant boat. He then takes a bunch of animals hostage onboard said boat. This, as you might imagine, doesn’t sit well with the townspeople, and they start to protest. He probably stole their goats or something, too, which is not the neighborly thing to do if you ask me.

“Noah” co-stars Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, Jennifer Connelly, Anthony Hopkins, Douglas Booth, Ray Winstone, Dakota Goyo, and Kevin Durand.

The dripping begins next year, March 28, 2014.
