The final four gave performances on NBC's The Voice season 16 on Monday night. Blake Shelton had three artists in the finals: Gyth Rigdon, Dexter Roberts and Andrew Sevener. John Legend’s Maelyn Jarmon rounded out the final four, and Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson didn’t have any artists, but were still on hand for feedback. The finalists sang original songs as well as duets with their coaches.

Jarmon got things started with her original song “Wait for You.” It was an ethereal song that fit her voice well. She said she connected to the lyrics by channeling how it has felt to be away from her boyfriend while doing the show. Levine threw his support behind her after the performance.

Shelton and Sevener next performed a duet of Free's "All Right Now." It was an upbeat country-rock performance.

Roberts followed with a performance of Randy Houser’s “Anything Goes.” The song choice played to his strengths and allowed him to really connect with the lyrics.

Rigdon and Shelton did their duet next, singing “Take It Easy” by Eagles. It was a fun performance that showcased Rigdon’s entertaining skills.

Sevener next debuted his original song “Rural Route Rising.” It was a radio-ready country tune that really fit his artistry.

Jarmon returned to the stage to sing “Unforgettable” by Nat King Cole with her coach. She blended well with Legend, both delivering gorgeous vocals.

Rigdon covered “Once in a Blue Moon” and did a fairly stripped-down arrangement that allowed him to focus more on the vocals.

Roberts returned to sing his original song “Looking Back.” It seemed to be the kind of number he’d gravitate toward as an artist. Clarkson once again praised him for his authenticity.

For his cover performance, Sevener sang “Lips of an Angel” by Hinder. It melded his country and rock leanings well. Sevener dug into the vocals, making the song his own. Legend picked him as his favorite of the three Team Blake artists.

Roberts sang “Hard Working Man” with Shelton, giving an upbeat country performance together.

Rigdon debuted his original song “Proof I’ve Always Loved You” and actually had a writing credit on his, which helped him stand out against the others. He proved to be a strong songwriter as well as performer, making for one of his personal best performances of the season.

Jarmon closed things out with a cover of “Hallelujah,” which was a very smart choice. She ended with a familiar, emotional song that was likely to connect with viewers. Jarmon delivered some of the most complex vocals of the evening. Levine said he would be shocked if she did not win.

The season 16 champion will be crowned Tuesday night in a performance-packed finale episode.
