head of Veep: Season 5's debut in April, HBO has released a new teaser trailer for its award-winning comedy series.

Veep picked up a pair of nominations at the 73rd Golden Globes, including one for Best Comedy or Musical Series, but was ultimately edged out by Mozart in the Jungle. That said, the politically-charged comedy series has earned several wins in the past, having just recently scored five awards at the 2015 Emmys.

Veep: Season 5 premieres on April 24, the very same day both Game of Thrones and Silicon Valley return to HBO
