It pays to be prepared, and if you're an A.R.G.U.S agent, knowledge of a DC bad guy could mean the difference between life and death. The members of Task Force X aren't just killers, they are "the worst of the worst," and deserve to be feared. Luckily, it seems that our collective clearance has officially been upgraded. Following the recent reveal of Captain Boomerang's profile, a new file has been unlocked on the Suicide Squad viral website, shedding new light onto the not so lovable monster, Killer Croc.

The Suicide Squad viral site has officially unlocked the Task Force X file on Waylon Jones a.k.a Killer Croc, and the monster's file is chock full of fascinating information. If you've seen the Task Force X solo movie, then many of these traits will already have made themselves apparent to you. Born in Tampa, Florida, Waylon Jones had the bad luck of suffering from a form of "regressive atavism" that turned his skin into scales, and endowed him with an aggressive psychology. However, his condition also gave him superhuman abilities, such as: razor sharp teeth, the ability to breathe underwater, and astonishingly durable reptilian skin. His time in Belle Reve was apparently never peaceful, as his record shows multiple incidents involving violence towards the staff. To put it bluntly: he's not a guy that you want to meet in a dark alley.

One of the more fascinating aspects of Killer Croc's file is the fact that he apparently possesses the "metagene" in his DNA. This means that his crocodile based abilities are not simply a birth defect -- which is the typical depiction in the comics. The DCEU's version of Waylon Jones is a bona fide metahuman, just like The Flash, or the late El Diablo. Although that's a seemingly minor detail, it really goes a long way towards establishing how the DCEU intends to frame metahumans going forward.

In addition to the file's written content, there's also an audio file that really sells the character's tragic origins. Taken directly from the film, listeners can hear Amanda Waller describe how negative public perception of Waylon Jones eventually paved the way for him to become Killer Croc. In her words, "they treated him like a monster, and he became monster."

Given the fact that Killer Croc survived the events of Suicide Squad, we have a feeling that his rap sheet will only continue to grow. Ben Affleck's solo Batman movie will apparently feature a very "villain-heavy" storyline, so it remains entirely plausible that Waylon Jones will escape custody to maul more of Gotham's citizens. Only time will tell.

As more and more A.R.G.U.S files become unlocked on the Suicide Squad viral site, our excitement for the future of the DCEU continues to mount. We will bring you any and all relevant DC movie news as more information becomes available to us.
