BROOKE Berry and Sian Hamshaw became the eighth and ninth housemates to be evicted from the house tonight - just three days before the final.

The decision was a shock to many fans of the show, with a number confessing they thought Brooke would win.

Brooke, 21, became teary when she touched on not receiving her letter from home earlier in the week, but cheered up when Emma Willis gave her the £1,732 she earned earlier in the day.

She also admitted she was stunned to see so many people after weeks locked in the house.

Meanwhile, Sian said of her eviction: “I loved it. All day I have been saying I would rather go today because I don’t feel nervous. I feel right calm now so I will be alright. It means I don’t have to sit in that room for hours on Monday where you can’t smoke.”
