One of the highlights of a Disney animated film is the music. This becomes all the more special when the great Lin-Manuel Miranda is responsible for much of it. Now The Rock has given us our first hint of what Moana will sound like. From this short clip, we're already really looking forward to hearing the rest of the song, and the rest of the soundtrack. Enjoy the opening of "You're Welcome."

Those of us who have been fans of Dwayne Johnson for a long time have known that the guy could sing pretty damn well for a guy who was mostly known for dropping an elbow on people's throats. This knowledge, combined with the nearly universally great music that comes along with a Disney animated feature, had fans excited for whatever this collaboration was going to bring. "You're Welcome" sounds like an absolutely great song and I can't wait to hear more of it.

The Rock plays the demigod Maui, who Moana has gone in search of in order to help her deal with an evil that is coming to the islands. We know, from the clips we were shown at San Diego Comic-Con that Maui has a bit of an ego when it comes to his own accomplishments, which leads us to the song where he sings his own praises. It's the perfect fit for the character as well as the man giving him a voice, who has also done his fair share about singing about how great he is.

The clip also gives us a good look at several of Maui's tattoos. Each one represents one of Maui's accomplishments, and he shows them all off as he sings to Moana about the great things that he did for humanity. We then see the tattoo version of Maui, referred to as "mini Maui" reenacting the events.

This one is already giving us the earworm feeling of a song that we're going to be humming for the rest of the week. Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote "You're Welcome" for Moana and once again it seems like the man can do no wrong. We can't wait to hear what else he, along with Opetaia Foa'i and Mark Mancina, have in store for Moana's music. This is Disney's first full musical since Frozen and considering what a huge hit that one was, this film has a lot to live up to. Of course, if Moana is able to be even bigger, it will become one of the biggest animated films ever made.
