The couple recently sold a Trousdale Estates property to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi for $17.4 million.

Less than a month after selling a Trousdale Estates residence to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, married film producers Robert Cort and Rosalie Swedlin have purchased another property nearby in Beverly Hills for $10.45 million, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market.

The seven-bedroom North Linden Drive house, which was designed by architect Peter Choate, had been listed for sale by the undisclosed seller for $10.65 million. The transaction closed on June 5. Cort confirmed his purchase of the residence but declined further comment.

Cort's producing credits include Runaway Bride (1999), Jumanji (1995), Cocktail (1988) and Three Men and a Baby (1987), among several other films. Swedlin, a manager with Anonymous Content, has produced films including Clockers (1995) and Ed (1996).

The 10,124 square-foot Linden house includes a gym, wood paneled library and finished basement. The residence is situated on a more than 19,000 square-foot lot and includes a swimming pool and gated motor court.

On May 18, Cort and Swedlin sold their Trousdale Estates residence on Hillcrest Road to DeGeneres and de Rossi for $17.4 million. Cort and Swedlin had purchased the Hal Levitt-designed four-bedroom house from KOR Group developer Brad Korzen and interior designer Kelly Wearstler in 2006 for $9.9 million.

THR reported in mid-May that Ryan Seacrest would buy the Beverly Hills compound of DeGeneres and de Rossi for $37 million.
