Paramount Pictures closed its CinemaCon presentation by officially confirming a number of movies on the production schedule, including World War Z 2, Dungeons & Dragons, and Coming 2 America. The studio is currently riding the high of John Krasinski’s horror hit A Quiet Place, and is lining up Transformers spinoff Bumblebee, which will star Hailee Steinfeld and John Cena. Also on the franchise front is a Terminator movie that will bring back Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton, and this year’s release of Mission: Impossible – Fallout.

While there has been plenty of news regarding Paramount’s new and upcoming projects over the past year, the studio’s presentation at CinemaCon was a good opportunity to see which movies are actually green lit and moving forward in the current production schedule. Paramount’s slate is dominated by sequels and adaptations, but there are also a few original movies scattered in there as well.

Progress has been somewhat slow on World War Z 2, which at one point was scheduled for release in 2017, but ComicBook reports that the movie’s logo was featured in a production slate montage at the end of Paramount’s presentation. Though it doesn’t have a release date set and no director is officially attached, Skydance has been keen to secure David Fincher, so it’s possible that the studio is waiting for him to become available before moving ahead with production. Also featured in the montage was the logo for a Dungeons and Dragons movie, which currently has Chris McKay (The LEGO Batman Movie) attached to direct, but is also without a release date. Another confirmation of note was Coming 2 America, the sequel to the 1988 comedy starring Eddie Murphy.

One of the most intriguing movies on the studio’s list is Gemini Man, a sci-fi thriller directed by Ang Lee and starring Will Smith, which is currently filming. This movie is particularly astonishing because of how long it’s been in development: producer Jerry Bruckheimer has been trying to get it made for more than two decades, and nearly succeeded with Disney in the 90s. The movie follows an ageing assassin who is targeted by his own clone, who is younger than him and can anticipate all of his best movies. Though the pitch predates Rian Johnson’s Looper, it certainly sounds reminiscent of that movie’s set-up and, like Looper, has one of Hollywood’s most legendary action heroes in a leading role.
