Netflix is moving forward with another project from the creators behind its critically acclaimed drama Fauda.

The new series from Fauda's Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff, along with The Killing's Dawn Prestwich and Nicole Yorkin, is a 10-episode political espionage thriller called Hit and Run. The show, which was first put into development at the streamer last August, revolves around a happily married man whose life is turned upside down when his wife is killed in a mysterious hit-and-run accident.

Hit and Run will be executive produced by Raz and Issacharoff alongside Artists First's Peter Principato, Itay Reiss and Kimberlin Belloni, as well as Mandeville Films' David Hoberman, Todd Lieberman and Laurie Zaks.

Raz and Issacharoff got their start on the streaming service with Fauda, an Israeli drama based on their real-life experiences serving in the Israeli Defense Force’s special forces unit. The show became one of Israel television’s biggest hits when its first season premiered.

Prestwich and Yorkin, for their part, were the creators and showrunners of Amazon’s Z: The Beginning of Everything, as well as showrunners and executive producers on FX’s The Riches.
