A sequel to The Lego Movie has been confirmed for 2017.
The blockbuster financial success of The Lego Movie has led Warner Bros to confirm that the follow-up will be out on May 26, 2017.
Jared Stern and Michelle Morgan were attached to write the sequel prior to the original film's release earlier in the month.
The Lego Movie has already made more than $202 million at the worldwide box office.
