LAUREN Goodger enjoyed a night in with pal Gary Lucy on Sunday following his split with wife Natasha who gave birth to their fourth child last month.

The Sun revealed Gary, 37, was left devastated by the split last month but he put on a brave face as Lauren posted clips of their night to Instagram.

Lauren, 32, revealed she's known the the EastEnders, Hollyoaks and The Bill favourite for 17 years, and shared clips of him throwing around wads of money, egging him on as he blasted an air horn.

In one snap, Gary lay sprawled on the sofa as they watched telly, with Lauren writing on Instagram: "I Love Gary Lucy."

Gary was said to be sobbing openly backstage last month on The Full Monty live tour, where he is starring in the leading role.

Gary has been left heartbroken after his split with Natasha, who he got together with in 2004.

It came just weeks before she gave birth to their fourth child Theo last month. They already had daughters India, 13, and Sadie, three, and son Elvis, seven.

The actor – who has also recently starred in BBC series The Missing, Casualty and is a former Dancing On Ice runner-up – revealed the separation was a “difficult decision”.

Sadly, their marriage had been in serious trouble for the past year.

Natasha decided to give Gary a final chance to turn things around last September, but the relationship couldn’t be saved.

In a joint statement the couple said: “It is with great sadness that we announce the end of our marriage.

“This was a very difficult decision, but was reached mutually and amicably. No other parties are involved.

“Our priority is, as always, our children. There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision, just two best friends realising it’s time to take some space and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives possible. We are still a family and will always be loving, dedicated parents.”

They wed ten years later at London’s Mandarin Oriental hotel and guests included Sarah Harding, Towie's Amy Childs, Christopher Biggins and Hollyoaks and Emmerdale cast members.

Lauren has been single since she split from jailbird Joey Morrison.

The criminal had been whiling the hours away in his prison cell by sending pictures of his manhood to women on the outside – so Lauren kicked him to the kerb.
