Like his comic book counterpart, the DC Extended Universe's Batman has no shortage of resources in his fight against evil, from his trusty Batarangs to his sleek Batmobile. However, when Steppenwolf and his Parademon army arrive to conquer Earth in Justice League later this year, Bruce Wayne will need to break out some new toys from his arsenal. One of those will be a special aircraft dubbed The Flying Fox, and while the giant plane has been seen in the background a couple times in Justice League previews, you can get your best look yet at this monstrosity below.Batman has made good use of his traditional vehicles in the DCEU, but because Justice League sees him teaming up with other superheroes, he'll need to get the Flying Fox up and running so it can be ready for the newly-formed team. Along with providing this concept art, EW also spoke to Justice League production designer Patrick Tatopoulos about the thought the went into creating the Flying Fox and what it's capable of. Tatopoulos explained:

You can put three Batmobiles in the lower part of it. I didn't want to do a sleek airplane; it needed to feel like an extremely avant-garde classic. With the maneuverability of a jet---but it can actually carry things.
But The Flying Fox isn't just meant for combat and storing Batman's fancy cars. Due to its size, the aircraft will also serve as a mobile headquarters for the Justice League while they're dealing with the Apokoliptan invaders. To that end, Patrick Tatopoulos constructed a three-floor interior for the aircraft. He continued:

The bottom part of the jet is a huge cargo bay, which the Batmobile sits in. The second floor is like a cultural center, with computer terminals. The third story is the cockpit. Whatever floor you are on, you can see [the other] two stories.
The Flying Fox certainly looks impressive, but one thing that's concerning about it is that "Wayne Technology" is clearly labeled on the side. To be fair, there have been times in the comics when Bruce Wayne has been comfortable with letting the public know that Wayne Enterprises "supplies" Batman with his technology in order to throw off anyone who suspects a deeper connection between the billionaire playboy and Gotham City's protector. Still, you'd think that for Justice League he would take a few extra minutes to paint over the logo to decrease the chances of people finding out about his costumed activities.
In addition to The Flying Fox, Batman will also pilot The Nightcrawler, a spider-legged armored tank that Batman will use to gun down Parademons and hopefully weaken Steppenwolf. While it looks like The Flying Fox will remain in Bruce Wayne's capable hands, one of his fellow Justice Leaguers will also get behind the wheel of The Nightcrawler during the movie, as the latest Justice League trailer showed Cyborg plugging himself into The Nightcrawler's network and assuring Alfred that he has the situation handled. It's a good thing Batman's at a point where he's comfortable sharing his mechanical goodies.
