Comedian Steve Agee (The Sarah Silverman Program) reportedly has a role in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

It seems Doug Benson of the Doug Loves Movies podcast -- a friend of Agee's -- slipped the news into a recent episode. "[Steve] just found out because he's in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, he has to shoot that bulls--t instead of being here with us today," he said.


Agee has yet to be seen in any of the behind-the-scenes photos director James Gunn's been posting on social media. While it's possible that the comedian is set to play a major role in the film, it seems likely that it will be more of a cameo or a smaller role. Agee is a friend of Gunn's as well, and the director is known for putting his buds in his films in cameo roles.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is still a while away, though rumors continue to swirl around the film. The latest involves the three new members who'll reportedly join the Guardians crew, making the Milano a bit more crowded.
