Fast 8: Vin diesel releases new york teaser image

Vin Diesel has released a teaser image for Fast 8, showcasing the film's New York City locale.

The photo, bearing the tagline "New Roads Ahead," was revealed in a post on the actor's Instagram.



The Fast and The Furious 8 opens in theaters on April 14, 2017 and will serve as the beginning of a new trilogy. Straight Outta Compton helmer F. Gary Gray is on board to direct.

In addition to Fast 8 and its forthcoming sequels, Diesel plans to expand the series with spin-off films. In fact, his creative team has been "playing with" the idea for quite a while, with storylines already written for several characters.
