Paydirt director Christian Sesma's Every Last One of Them trailer features Michael Madsen, Richard Dreyfuss, and more in a grisly deathmatch. In recent years, filmmaker Christian Sesma and his producing partner Mike Hatton have built a cottage industry for themselves, writing and directing small-scale action thrillers, often shot in their backyard, California's Coachella Valley. With 2020's Paydirt, they cast Val Kilmer as a grizzled action hero seeking redemption. Take Back, shot entirely during the early stages of Coronavirus quarantine, features the husband/wife team of Michael Jai White and Gillian White, seeking to rescue their daughter from the vile clutches of Mickey Rourke. That film is expected to release this June through Shout! Studios.

For his latest film, Every Last One of Them, Sesma has assembled an all-star cast, including Richard Dreyfuss, Michael Madsen, Jake Weber, and Orange Is the New Black's Taryn Manning as a dangerously unhinged violent enforcer. Paul Sloan stars as a man looking for his missing daughter, but his search uncovers a larger conspiracy involving a Chinatown-Esque Big Capitalism deal over water rights. Things begin to spiral out of control, leading to high-stakes shootouts and other masculine antics that genre fans can't help but eat right up!

The exclusive first trailer for Every Last One of Them can be seen below, showcasing the impressive cast, the intense gunfights, and southern California's magnificent scenery. Actor Paul Sloan is a frequent collaborator of Sesma. With his rough-and-tumble good looks and dirt-covered visage, he definitely looks the part of a desperate father willing to do anything to make things right and extract justice from the bad guys.

Even at their most violent and raunchy, Sesma and Hatton's films always have a jolly sense of heart to them, not dissimilar to young filmmakers who shoot movies in their backyard with their friends. Unlike an amateur production, of course, Sesma's backyard is the Coachella Valley, a picturesque region of California at its most beautiful. His friends aren't amateur wannabes but bonafide legends like Michael Madsen and Richard Dreyfuss. Likewise, his appreciation of the action genre is on full display in the Every Last One of Them trailer, which features explosive action and the type of theatrically bombastic acting that genre fans adore. All told, Every Last One of Them is on track to be another feather in Sesma's cap and another solid choice for viewers looking for some satisfying, old-school justice on a Friday night.

Hopefully, audiences won't have to wait too long to see how things shake out; the film is currently being sold to distributors worldwide and hopes to reach audiences around the globe before the end of summer 2021. Every Last One of Them is produced by Hatton, Sesma, and Michael Walker of 101 Films International, an Amcomri company. It is Executive Produced by Andy Lyon, Phil Hunt, Compton Ross, Tom Conigliaro, Kimberly Hines, Rick Morse, and Sheila Legette.
