Deadpool's X-Force bio as seen in the Deadpool 2 Super Duper Cut that dropped for digital download yesterday includes shots at both U.S. President Donald Trump and Professor X. The extended cut of one of the highest-grossing R-rated action films of all time hasn't disappointed when it comes to extras, alt-scenes and Easter eggs, and it's only been available for broad consumption for a single day.

This version of the Deadpool sequel first screened at this year's San Diego Comic-Con after being hotly anticipated in the months following the film's theatrical release. Given director David Leitch's penchant for shooting alt-versions of scenes to have promotional material available that didn't also spoil the movie's best jokes, not to mention Ryan Reynolds' notable improv skills, it's not surprising the cut's had the internet abuzz for the last 24 hours. Warner Brothers even joined in the fun by encouraging fans to buy their lampooned Green Lantern on DVD, as well. The self-referential nature of Deadpool's humor makes it easy for the films to poke fun at literally everything, and the delayed timing of the Super Duper Cut allowed for the ability to insert some more timely jokes.

The X-Force bio that appears in the film's extended version makes a pointed reference to the sixth military branch Donald Trump has insisted be developed to protect the United States' interests in space. The bio also gently pokes fun at the slightly less than woke "X-Men" moniker that continues to dismiss the female members of Charles Xavier's mutant fighting force.

This bio is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what fans can expect from the digital download and later Blu-ray release of Deadpool 2. There's a deleted scene featuring Wilson parodying John Candy's famous speech at the end of John Hughes' classic Planes, Trains and Automobiles (as well as set up the memorable hand soap joke from the theatrical release), as well as the the infamous Deadpool-murders-baby-Hitler sequence that didn't make it past test audiences (though that'll only be available on the Blu-ray). If early internet buzz is any indication, the Super Duper Cut promises exactly the enhanced experience fans deserved when spending their hard-earned money to own a film about a guy who'd make fun of them for buying it.
