Christoph Waltz Rumored to Join 'Bond 24'

Baz adds in his Daily Mail report that, according to his sources, Waltz is playing a "nemesis of sorts." And while all signs point to villain, apparently "It’s not immediately evident whether the part’s friend, or foe, or a bit of both," bit yeah, probably the bad guy.

"Star Wars," Marvel and Warner Bros. with their DC Comics, aren't the only people around town trying to keep a firm lid on their valuable tentpoles, until everything is 100% locked down. With production set to begin next month on "Bond
24," we don't know much about the Sam Mendes directed movie, certainly not the plot, and not even the title. But it would appear things are coming together. After first reporting that Lea Seydoux had joined the movie as a femme fatale, Baz Bamigboye has hit Twitter with another scoop.

According to the Brit insider, Christoph Waltz has joined the next 007 movie. Obviously, this is not official, and the writer is not giving anything else anyway, but we really hope it's not yet another bad guy role for the two-time Oscar winner, because that would be obvious and fairly boring. But then again, no one quite does villains like Waltz. Other than that, there's not much else add except to remind you that Dave Bautista has also been recently rumored for the "Bond 24."

We're sure word from official sources will arrive soon enough. Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw and Naomie Harris are the returning cast members for "Bond 24" which opens on November 6, 2015.
