Rogue One: A Star Wars Story's marketing campaign is officially entering its final stage of promotion. With less than two months to go until the movie's release, Disney and Lucasfilm have been working hard to get fans even more jazzed for the first "Anthology" spinoff, like releasing new posters and the final trailer. While those were most appreciated, the latest marketing plug is aiming to be more clever. New standees are on the way that have secret messages across each of the subjects.

The most recent episode of The Star Wars Show revealed that the new Rogue One standees will soon be set up at 100 select IMAX theaters across the United States. Most of the main characters are covered with schematics featuring messages written in Aurebesh, the primary alphabet of the Star Wars universe. On the off chance you didn't learn how to read that in high school or college, the folks at Comicbook.com have translated the messages for your enjoyment.

As you can tell, despite these standees featuring Rogue One's Rebel protagonists, the messages are nothing more than Imperial propaganda. Well, at least on the surface. It's possible that these are actually coded Rebel messages using classic Imperal phrases. In fact, the last two are ripped directly from A New Hope. Okay, maybe I'm reading too much into this. At the very least, this is a fun way for hardcore Star Wars fans to put their deciphering skills to the test, and even if you weren't able to figure out what they said, the standees themselves are distinctive enough to attract the eye. Notably absent from this lineup is Forest Whitaker's Saw Gerrera, a Clone Wars veteran who is still fighting the Empire in Rogue One despite being in bad shape. I wonder what kind of message from the Empire would have been written across his face.

However, the fun with these standees doesn't end with figuring out hidden messages. If you take a picture of yourself alongside them, you'll have the chance to win a trip for two to a Rogue One screening at IMAX headquarters in Los Angeles. If you want to enter this sweepstakes, make sure to post your photo on Twitter with the hashtag #RogueIMAXSweeps sometime between November 3 and November 27.
