A new deleted scene from Avengers: Infinity War has surfaced online, featuring a disgruntled couple of Guardians. With Infinity War's Blu-ray recently announced, Disney is no doubt trying to build hype for the movie's home release, and funny deleted scenes like this are one way to do it.

Avengers: Infinity War was an enormous success for Disney. The film broke multiple records, including being one of the few films to reach $2 billion in its worldwide box office run. Not only did Infinity War rake in a ton of money for Disney, it also changed the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a critical way, by seemingly killing off multiple main characters. This decision not only changed the scope of the movies going forward, but marked Marvel's 10 year anniversary in a game-changing fashion. Fans are still talking about the film, which makes Disney's plan to make more money off of Blu-ray and DVD sales seem that much smarter. The Blu-ray looks to have a ton of Avengers: Infinity War bonus material, including this deleted scene of the Guardians arguing.

As first revealed by EW, the above clip shows a deleted scene that features Star-Lord and Drax arguing. The silly argument starts when Drax turns off Ace Frehley's "New York Groove," and takes Peter Quill's Zune player. The clip shows Quill and Drax running around the ship yelling at each other before Mantis interrupts them and mentions a flashing yellow light. This makes Quill even more frustrated as it's revealed that the flashing yellow light alerts them to important secret coded messages. The clip - shown initially to fans at SDCC - is humorous in the typical Guardians of the Galaxy fashion, but ultimately was cut from the final film.

The final cut of Avengers: Infinity War was released with a runtime of two hours and twenty-nine minutes, which is on the longer side of a theatrical release. Given the long runtime - and the ridiculous amount of Marvel characters included in the cast - editors more than likely had to cut out several perfectly good scenes which will hopefully all be released for fans to check out on the Blu-ray.

Disney will no doubt make a lot of money via Infinity War's home video release, and fans won't have to wait too much longer to hold a copy in the palm of their hands, or at least in their digital libraries. The digital version of the film will be released on July 31, and the physical copies will be released two weeks later on August 14. Until then, fans will just have to be patient and enjoy silly deleted scenes like the above.
