Ashton Kutcher has reportedly been “a nervous wreck” ahead of the birth of his baby.

The Butterfly Effect actor is currently expecting a child with his pregnant fiancée Mila Kunis, who is due to go into labour any day now.

And apparently Ashton is extremely anxious about their little girl’s arrival, as he needs to get back to work filming TV sitcom Two and a Half Men soon.

“He is a nervous wreck," a source told People magazine. "They were hoping the baby would come this week because he's on hiatus [from his show Two and a Half Men].”

Actress Mila is said to be getting a little impatient in the final days of her expectancy as well.

Both parents are said to be on edge with anticipation.

"He is incredibly excited for the baby," the insider detailed. "Mila just wants the baby to come out already!"

A source recently told America’s OK! magazine Ashton is also said to be finding it tough to prevent Mila from going “stir crazy” before the baby arrives, and “keeps trying to come up with fun activities to get her out of the house.”

Those close to Mila and Ashton recently revealed they're pulling out all the stops to make sure their house is prepared for their bundle of joy.

"[Mila] feels really lucky," an insider close to the pair divulged to People magazine. "Almost every day they're making preparations.

"They want to make their new house as baby- friendly and safe as possible. There are a lot of baby items delivered."

The source also divulged that a jungle theme has been picked for the baby's room, which is already filled with stuffed toys.

"It has lots of animals and very sweet decor. It's cute," added the friend. "[She's] feeling good, and things are going smoothly."
