Full spoilers for the Game of Thrones TV show to date continue below.
Hello there, Catelyn Stark.
As part of Game of Thrones: Season 6's promotional push, debuting a new character poster tied to the show's April 24th premiere. Taking cue from the Hall of Faces trailer HBO released recently, this image features the Stark matriarch (played by Michelle Fairley) as one of the faces in the House of Black and White.

What makes the image so intriguing is that Catelyn died back in Season 3 at the Red Wedding, and hasn't been seen on Game of Thrones since. Does this poster mean she might reappear in some way in Season 6? Or is HBO just honoring the dead? The Hall of Faces trailer also showcased characters who are gone from the series, but certainly not forgotten.
This is just one of many Season 6 character posters, featuring both the living and the dead, that are being released to promote the new season. Make sure to check out GameOfThrones on Twitter for the rest of the images that are coming out.
The new season will pick up after the traumatic events of Season 5, which included the Night's Watch's mutinous and murderous turn against Jon Snow, Brienne of Tarth's defeat of Stannis Baratheon and Sansa and Theon's escape from Ramsay Bolton. There are some exciting newcomers joining the show this year, including Pilou Asbęk as Theon's uncle Euron Greyjoy, James Faulkner as Sam's father Randyll Tarly and Ian McShane in a mystery role.
Game of Thrones returns to HBO on April 24th at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
