My understanding is these are sister sites and doing well on one of them means you can easily get an invite to the other, so I am only requesting one of them and will request the other from the site admins once I have proven myself. I have very good ratios on other sites and can provide proof, and as a Dad am looking forward to being able to find great kids content.

I don't know about TotallyKids but CartoonChaos hasn't hand out invites for at least 2 years. Your best chance would be an account, but the site is pretty much dead nowadays. Just a few new torrents here and there.
