I hear that only the PTP staff can invite anyway.

I think you should join rutracker.org. The speeds are good, it's virtually ratio-free, and they have over a million torrents. The only downside is it takes some effort to navigate the site at first. IMO, this is a must-have tracker.

their content cannot be compared to any movie tracker but you are right because most of their torrents have no seeders or most of them are dead. I am speaking of 2 years ago I haven't got account anymore because of inactivity, but as I heard it is still same even worse.

They are currently below their user limit so other people can infact send you some invites
