Does anybody know a tracker which is specialized in web design & programming? I am mainly interested in HTML, PHP, CSS, java, javascript, C/C++, Visual Basic and Flash. What I want is big template packs, advanced tutorials and many sample scripts. This is not necessarily a request, I might buy too.

I know I can find these on elearning trackers, but I don't want all the lifestyle "how to get girls" spam.
