i registred but it says

Site is partially up but locked.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOG IN.

There is no login link for a reason.
Members attempting to login are only interfering with getting the site completed and re-opened.
Login attempts are being recorded, and those members attempting to login before the site is reopened are being placed on hold and wont be able to login untill sometime AFTER the site has reopening.

The site rebuild is in the final stages and should be reopening within the next 24-48 hours.
If you are interested in finding out what you may be able to do to help, join the IRC channel listed below.
Do NOT join expecting answers about how things are progressing. (Are we there yet? nagging is never appreciated).
