Seems like they always reaching the limit. And signups always opens automaticaly, when they ban someone and there a spot.

@YusukeUramesh - yes it is pretty hard as it seems, the tracker seems to ban some people, and also seems to open every time when that happens.

usually taking 1-2 minutes till its closed or you can read this test:

Signup failed! Sorry, The userlimit has been reached, Please try again later.

when i first had a look, it was always that message, then i saw the signup form is available and i thought they may reopened it, well or i thought it is a failed report.
but just seems like some guys looking for this.

i think it was open for like 6-7 times today ... so the chance is still there, it is just extremely hard to get in now.
well i didn't know that when i reported the tracker here on TI, so i try to post in the chat now
