As I said in the note, the site has a weird system. Keep refreshing the page every 10-15 minutes and you'll get it.

The problem with this tracker is they want active users.. opening and closing signup is more than likely a way to weed out those who jump on any open tracker and don’t actually use their accounts.

In my review I’ve also added that they are a newer tracker so the content is a tad limited.
