Additional information:	HDTurk is a Turkish Private Torrent Tracker for HD Movies / TV / General releases. Note: The tracker has opened registrations, although many IPs are unable to connect to the site for some time now.

They block same IPs because of avoiding muti accounts, especially VPNs are blocked.

But it is in Top 3 for Turkish trackers in my opinion.

Not only the same IPs. They have blocked wide ranges of IPs (several countries to be more exact), in order to deal with the heavy attacks they are under, for about 1-2 weeks now.

It is sensible, other Turkish trackers are also troubling with similar attacks nowadays.

BroadCity and TurkTorrent is the other popular and well-ripper/encoder trackers for Turkish content.
