I can download just fine. Add its ip in your hosts file and also add your ip in your profile page. The ip you signed up from is automatically added to your profile but if you use someother connection or your ip range ranges, you will need to add it to the profile page. Same for seedbox. For the exclusive bts torrents, the only way i could download was going to the torrent page and then clicking on file.torrent and using 'yes' to their terms.

Not saved because you have to give administrative rights.
Or Copy host file to your desktop and edit it, then this edited file Paste back to etc folder
