By the look of the site, I can say it's a scam site, don't trust any new site they just made to collect your information

What type of information do they collect?

Email and IP, I guess they also can add Trojan on their file when you are downloading a file from them, you might don't know you are inviting Trojan or other malware i usually
wait until a new site become popular, although I am no interested in porn site but for the user's safety I said that because i faced a problem like this before (i mean about torjan)

Might be just a new startup as well. We can not say for sure.
Email, IP, and much more information is always collected by every torrent tracker, including old and big ones.
Collected information might possibly include your typing style, behaviour, preferences and tastes in music you listen, movies and porn you watch. Psychologist can make many assumptions and conclusions based on that data. This information might be sold or shared with intelligence agencies. You never know.
They can research the kind of girls you like (while watching porn) and give you an agent you'll hardly resist. Believe me she might provoke really deep feelings that way, knowing everything beforehand. She can potentially poison and make harm to your health.
This might be the case with every tracker. The new one like Fappaizuri or the old one like EMP.

Just use a new random password every time you register a new tracker.
Good antivirus is capable to eliminate most of the trojans on the fly as well.
