read the open tracker rules.. no need to bump the old thread if the tracker is open.. sigh~~

• When a tracker has open signups, create a new thread instead of posting "still open" in an older thread.
• Before creating a thread, please check to see if someone has already created one for the same tracker within the last couple hours.
• Try to provide some additional info about the tracker (Members, Torrents, Seeders, Leechers etc...)
