This open signup is for polish people only.Even if you bypass the country restrictions by using polish proxy, it asks for proof with a screenshot in which your ip must be visible and it also asks to provide a reason why you want to join, also, the accounts are activated manually, by their staff, most likely you will be rejected if you're not from Poland.Don't waste your time.
