Seems that the account limit has been reached. Maybe that's why everyone's getting "You are banned" (which I think might just be a bad translation of: You are not allowed to register at this time)

Not positive though. So maybe someone check back again later

That isnt the problem either because I did signup a few minutes ago without any problems.

That's so weird. Thanks for the update though man.

Actually I messed around with the newipnow.com that @Hunter suggested and it seems only certain IP locations are able to register. Romania and the UK worked but France and the US did not.

I did't bother registering but you can at least access the register page with a proxy
