It is not advised to bump an old thread. It's better to start a new one.

Because this is not a well-known tracker and we do not host a review here either, it would be a good idea to include some kind of brief description, so users have more information on what this tracker is about and make up their mind easier whether they need this tracker or not.

But first of all... like @PriceLess said, is this really a tracker?
Seems to me that has something to do with usenet.

nzb file is not torrent

I checked it, it is definitely not a tracker and has nothing to do with torrents.
