When a tracker has open signups, create a new thread instead of posting "still open" in an older thread.
Before creating a thread, please check to see if someone has already created one for the same tracker within the last couple hours.
Try to provide some additional info about the tracker (Members, Torrents, Seeders, Leechers etc...)

i know the rules .
But the tracker is still open for sign up since i opened the thread it did not closed
