I don't think it accepts mobile ips because I didn't received confirmation email.
Got a message after i registered saying the staff has to validate my account.

hi we had someone on site last night continually spamming joining with different ip so we had to stop emails and auto confirm for a staff to check to make sure he was not back on site confirmation is now set back to auto are a email if wanted instead
