Hey all! With the continued growth and prosperity of Champtorrents.net, comes the need for more support from great users just like yourself. We are looking for a few good users that can help us out on our Junior Staff and Forum Staff teams, with the possibility for advancement to higher ranks if all goes well! pm us, tell us what you can bring to the team, and if we are interested, we will PM you. The basics for each team:

There are a number of requirements that you must have that apply to all team members.
1. You need to be on IRC That is where you find most users needing assistance in the #help channel also direct communication with other staff members.
2. You need to have a General knowledge of Torrenting and private trackers.
3. The ability to GOOGLE things, whether its for posters for torrents, or research for an answer to an issue!
4. You need to know what the scene is!

Other thing that will reflect positively:
1. Port Forwarding knowledge
2. Secondary language (English and secondary)
3. Video/Audio knowledge.
4.Polite and courteousness. We work for the users, not the other way around.

More Specifically:
Forum Staff
1. Daily moderation of the forums, mainly Support threads.
2. Moving topics to appropriate threads.
3. Supporting users though site pm's, staffbox, and #help channel in IRC.

Junior Staff
1. Keeping presence in #help on IRC to address support issues.
2. Basic site maintenance (will be explained in further detail upon acceptance).
3. Resolving support issues on site.

Please keep in mind: that these are just a general idea of what would be required. It is an "on the job training" position, and we are all here to help people get adjusted and get into the swing of things. We do not have an application "system" for this, since we are looking for what you would normally be doing, ie. actively posting in the fourm threads and offering support, helping others insite and on IRC, ect. That being said, feel free to post here what you believe you can do to help us out and we look forward to seeing some new faces!
