This looks like a pretty good tracker, especially for french people. It has aprox. 3.5k torrents, but everything is seeded, so that's a big plus. Like most french sites, it follows francophone philosophy meaning content is almost 100% french(spoken languages in movies and subtitles, software, games etc.).
