not sure if it worked for others, but I dont see the BTN invite channel

OG poster is misinformed. BTN does NOT have a invite channel NOR do we give out invited over IRC> nor do we have interviews where we give away invites.

That is their old IRC server address.
The new address is irc.broadcastthe.net

There is no such thing as an invite channel anymore.

The only way to get invited to BTN is to be invited by a BTN user who is of the 'Master' user class.

The easiest way is to become a 'Power User' on one of the more reputable private trackers (PTP, TeH, Bitme.org, etc) which will get you access to the invite forums. BTN staff have recruitment threads there so you can get an invite from them.

or we could just purchase them. how much does it normally run?
