Tracker staff have known for months there’s an issue with some people signing up.. I have personally spoken to them and it seems they don’t care lol!

Try to register from your Phone with mobile data activated not wifi.
I try in The past on my pc/laptop and i receive The same error, I just register 3 days ago from my mobile Phone
