For some countries it is closed and for others the "Sign-up" is open.

Is it closed for all Europe? How do we guess the lucky countries?
Anyone knows if the "tv shows" category includes sports like archery, judo, wrestling, taekwondo, weightlifting, karate etc. These ate the sports the Asians are very good at.
