@YusukeUramesh - no i don't think so, i am waiting for over month, and once i failed as i used "wrong" email - i visted the IRC and another one asked there for asnwer about application, he told he was waitng for 3 month, Silverking told me there isn't even someone who read the applications and is open accendentely.

It has been open since the beginning of the year, from what I saw.

But do not actually receive the "application forms": /
