If quality is a main factor with downloading then you need to be here. True, user base could be bigger to help motioning ratios but if you're a pro, you'll survive. Highly recommended.

Yes, Seeder surge acts like a freeleech torrent to promote people to seed so the torrent doesn't go dead. Keep seeding and your ratio will go higher as well as the buffer even if no one connects.
