''After we were forced to shut down our site we decided that we could not afford to create a new site without a prolonged period of waiting ,
as we had come to the attention of the authorities by third parties who appear to have a vendetta against us.
We were approached by others that wanted to continue on with what we had started and offered to take on the ownership role and create a new site using our database. After much thought and discussion we agreed to let this group have access to our database as long as the members were treated with respect and were protected. Through negotiations terms and conditions were agreed to. None of us would take a staff or management role but we would become members of the site; none of us would have any say or control over the site what so ever over the operationof the site."

If you read the description Is quite explicit ,
