PuntoTorrents is one of the best Spanish General trackers now. PT has a nice community and an active forum.
Have " Bonus System " , that makes it easy for members to maintain good ratio & buy invites to use them .

I´ve been in Puntotorrent for years and very happy with it. The only golden rule to follow (besides ratios of course) is not to upload more than 800% of what you downloaded for a single torrent.

Besides that, there are no hard to follow rules so it´s a very nice tracker where you don´t have to pay attention to how many hours are you seeding a torrent to turn off the computer. I find it simple to keep a good ratio as thet have lots of free leechs.

Rigth now it has:
Usuarios: 27484
torrents: 82864
seeds: 73633
leechers: 903
peers: 74536
seeds/leechers: 8,154%
Trafico: 15.63 EB

Best thing to do here is to get a powerful seedbox from time to time and increase your ratio.

That rule of ratio being not morethan 8.0 is REALLY fedding me up , why ?
when a fresh torrent is uploaded just now & you know that it will make a good buffer for You (e.g : a famous film released ) ,
so you'll just SNATCH it on a fast seedbox. what will happen after a day or so ?
open the tracker to find a Penalty message & that upload/etc.. will be deducted receiving a warning!
is that how to be good by that EXCLUSIVE RETARD RULE ? i think no tracker have such a rule like this.
that's IMO , other than that it's a good tracker.

Yes it´s an extrange rule, I also find this is not good for the tracker because people tend to delete the torrent once they have uploaded few copies on the first days.

That´s why it´s hard to find old torrents uploaded more than a year ago.

In the tracker they say this rule is set in order for the people with powerful seedboxes not to hold all the trafic for theirselves. It´s the only weakpoint in the rules IMO

This is the rule in it´s tracker mothertongue (spanish):

"4.- NO TENGO PROBLEMAS PARA MANTENER EL RATIO. ¿PUEDO SUBIR LO QUE QUIERA?

Si compartes de manera desproporcionada tampoco estás haciendo un gran favor a la comunidad. Si dispones de una línea con un alto caudal de subida o de un server y subes en cantidades masivas y a alta velocidad, acaparas todas las peticiones de los leechers, y los usuarios con conexiones más normales ven imposible compartir hasta tener un ratio digno. Para evitar estos casos, existe un sistema automatizado en el tracker que controla el número de copias que subimos de cada torrent.

El límite de copias se establece en 8 copias en torrents superiores a 400MB. Cuando se sobrepase el volumen de subida equivalente al tamaño del torrent multiplicado por ocho, se aplicará una sanción que será de 50 veces el tamaño del archivo por cada copia de más subida. Para evitar que te caiga una sanción por exceso de subida, hay que ser conscientes de que los limites que se pueden configurar en los clientes BitTorrent sólo entran en funcionamiento después de haber completado el torrent. Por ello, si se sabe que se tiene una capacidad de upload muy por encima de la media, y sobre todo si es superior a la velocidad de seedeo del seeder inicial, es recomendable limitar la velocidad de subida hasta un nivel razonable que nos asegure que no vamos a subir más de 8 veces el volumen del torrent antes de completarlo.

Excepción: Los torrents creados hace más de 30 días quedan fuera del control del límite de copias. Así, si quieres reseedear un torrent viejo no hay necesidad de preocuparse por las copias que se hubieran subido anteriormente y no habrá penalización alguna.

En caso de reincidencias graves en el exceso de subida el Staff de PuntoTorrent se reserva el derecho de bloquear la cuenta del tracker."

Another important rule that you must know about Puntotorrent is that you can Hit&Run with with any torrent as long as you have a global ratio (uploads/downloads) above 1 in the tracker.

So there is no need to be seeding the torrents for hours or days after you download them, you just have to make sure your global ratio (all your torrents downloaded historically) is above 1.

It´s a weird rule, but useful of you olny wnat to have a seedbox for one or two months per year, in those months you upload few terabytes and then you are downloading the rest of the year.
