Description

OurBits is Chinese private tracker for HD movies , got about 6K torrents & app. 6.6K registered users ( limit of 20K ) . very promising one indeed but needs more users to get into to get more activity.
Maintaing ratio is very easy there , as they got many freeleech torrents & sometimes 2x douple upload ones. also as other chinese trackers got Bonus points system implemented where you can buy Invites / Extra GBs to maintain good standings.

Yes, but it's easy, if you have some other Chinese trackers and passed the exam, it's very likely that you will pass this as well.

The last time I saw the exam was 30 GB upload, 30 download, ratio 1 and 3000 BP or something similar

It's no problem for users with seedbox or good connection
