• If you're Norwegian/Scandinavian , then NorBits (NB) should be your ultimate goal.
  
  
• NorBits (NB) is a norwegian private general tracker , you can't set english language on tracker ( you can use google chrome instant translation insted ).
  
  
• Tracker got great content for Norwegians with many norwegian movies, Tv series , etc.. However it's not too great for English users but you will find a lot of english torrents too..
  
  
• Torrents are well-seeded & you'll get good speeds with seedboxes..
  
  
• Maintaining ratio on NB is easy as :
  - Bonus points system is implemented where you can buy extra GBs to get good standings there.
  - Uploaded torrents > 30GB in size are 90% freeleech , so you can just snatch newly uploaded ones with seedbox & go !
  
  
• At last , it's a great community for Norwegians . but if you're Non-scandanivian user & looking for a good general tracker , Then NorBits isn't your target. (try other alternatives like : IPT , TL , etc..)

As far as i know , NB didn't ban any country ( i do have friends from Romania using it normally as well )
did you experienced that ? maybe it's a co-incidence as they do have some sort of questionnaire before downloading for new registered members , i can't EXACTLY remember how it works at the beginning..
