This tracker's content is amazing, if you are looking for something I am pretty sure you can find it here. It is also really easy to maintain a good ratio and pre-times and speed are pretty good as well. I would definately suggest this tracker if you don't have access to the better trackers, and even then there is probably something IPT has that they dont.

IPT is the best of the best in all terms of speed, content, peers, pre times and community. It is the first tracker to upload scene releases and unrared too. Speeds are not clocked like the some other trackers especially the Chinese, so you get the full speed from the first moment a torrent is uploaded. The world fastest seedboxes are used by many IPT members. They have uploaders application to ensure only people with good speeds and those who know what to do can upload. Content is very rich from almost all scene and P2P releases to very good encodes and repacks that are only uploaded at the public trackers. Some people claim that IPT is a money sucker tracker which forces people to donate to keep their accounts running and this is completely wrong as your account will always be safe since you don't fake ratio or invite bad members. It is normal to find all possible encodes for movies at IPT, from very early CAM RIPS to XVID, WEBDL, SCENE (1080p & 720p), BLURAY DISKS, REMUX, PTP (1080p, 720p& Brips) from various teams. IPT only lacks some exclusive encodes from some trackers that don't allow their content to be uploaded else where.

The best general tracker. No doubt. They have every kind of torrent, it's fairly easy to maintain a good ratio and they don't pretend the elite tracker, even though they are really elite

An amazing tracker. Not only is it really general, not only in word, but also in fact and huge in offer it is very generous in freeleeching. The freeleech will offer you the opportunity to build up fast huge positive ratio which you can use later to download other things you might want that "cost". As mentioned above by others the offering for movies, series, porn, tv sports, music in every format is amazing in its variety but you will also find a large selection of e-learning material, pc programs etc just to mention a fact that there is so much more then only movies, music, tv etc in IPT. It really is general in every sense and very large in every section and amazingly the speed is always high and it is rare not to have seeding as the amount of members using seedboxes is apparently very large and so many keep torrents running for long.

One of the best tracker. It is the easiest to maintain a ratio because of such a huge amount of freeleech torrents. Almost all torrents above or equal to 8Gb are freeleech. It has a tight knit community where the staff is everwilling to solve your problems. All the latest torrents are well seeded. Recently, they also introduced the IPT browser which you can use to access IPT or any other website that is banned in your country. It has a large amount of well seeded TV Packs, the reason I am attracted more towards it. Overall a great tracker with good number and well seeded torrents.

how good is IPT for web-dl tv shows? they have all the releases like rarbg? normally private trackers are shitty for web-dl, but I see that IPT have a category for it
I want definitely move to private trackers, but these web-dl's are holding me...

If you like WEB-DL try MTV, BTN etc. like private trackers which are good in WEB releases.

Actually it's not the tracker that's shitty for not having lots of Web-DLs actually. Web-DL are less quality than a blu-ray internal release, so most of the tracker do allow web-dl releases but only because they get out aooner than the internal release. Even some web-dl get deleted when the internal release is out sometimes...

To answer your question, IPT has a ton of Web-Dls, still not sure why you are looking for these types of releases, blu-ray rips are much better, they offer a higher bitrate and better overall quality

I only use web-dls for tv shows "on air", because the quality is much superior to the hdtvs releases (except for the dimension's pre-air)
for movies and tv shows with ended seasons I go direct blurays
