If you have the bandwidth, probably seed those popular torrents with lots of leechers but not too many seeders(usually tv-packs, game torrents), seed it for like a week and you should get a huge buffer in upload ratio, bonus points is useless for ppl with high bandwidth, it's not worth it getting 120GB upload credit with 10k points.
You only get 2pts per hour seeding 10 torrents which makes up 48pts a day seeding 24hrs. 1pt is worth 0.012GB of upload(using 10k bonus pt as comparison). You need 50pts to zap a torrent which you can't possibly seed due to high amount of seeders. So 50pts is only worth 0.6GB of upload which is only 600mB. So using bonus points to zap torrents is more worthwhile then exchanging it for uploads, even more so if the torrent is very big in size.
Smaller torrents probably just use yr surplus bandwidth to zap it.Nevertheless, IPT is a great tracker for alot of fast torrents.
