IceTorrent is a Romanian private tracker that went down for some years and back online again.
It used to open for invites only but now sign up is open and it has global freeleech.
When it comes to HD, you will find encodes for well known encoders like SPARKS-PublicHD-ESiR-LEGi0N.
It has internal encoder called SubZero.He is one of my favorite encoders.
It also has a new sub section for micro HD (mHD) encodes for EPiK-TayTO and of course SubZero.
Their mHD encodes are top notch.
